1. Policy Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to taxi bookings made with Ryzen Travels for airport taxi service, outstation taxi service and route-based travel from Sri Ganganagar.

By booking our taxi service through phone, WhatsApp, website or any other communication method, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned in this policy.

Important Note

Taxi booking involves vehicle blocking, driver scheduling and travel preparation. Therefore, refund eligibility depends on booking confirmation, cancellation timing and whether the vehicle/driver has already been assigned or dispatched.

2. Cancellation Rules

Customers are requested to inform Ryzen Travels as early as possible in case they want to cancel a confirmed booking.

  • Cancellation request must be made by calling or messaging Ryzen Travels on the official contact number.
  • Cancellation charges may apply if the vehicle has already been blocked, assigned or dispatched for the journey.
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for full refund because of vehicle and driver arrangement costs.
  • Bookings cancelled before final confirmation may not attract any cancellation charge, unless advance arrangements were already made.

3. Refund Rules

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after checking the booking status, cancellation timing and amount received from the customer.

  • If cancellation is accepted before vehicle assignment, the customer may be eligible for refund after deducting applicable transaction or service charges, if any.
  • If the driver or vehicle has already been assigned, partial cancellation charges may be deducted.
  • If the vehicle has already started towards pickup/reporting location, refund may be limited or not applicable.
  • Refunds, wherever applicable, may take reasonable processing time depending on the payment method and bank/payment gateway process.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund may not be applicable in certain situations where service preparation, driver movement or customer-side delay has already affected the booking.

  • No refund may be provided if the customer does not respond at the time of pickup or journey confirmation.
  • No refund may be provided if the customer provides incorrect travel details, pickup information or contact details.
  • No refund may be provided after vehicle dispatch, depending on the distance covered and driver commitment.
  • No refund may be applicable for customer delay, no-show or refusal to travel after vehicle arrangement.

5. Delay, Rescheduling & Route Changes

Ryzen Travels tries to support reasonable timing changes, but rescheduling depends on driver and vehicle availability.

  • Customers should inform us as early as possible if they want to change travel time or route.
  • Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability and may require fare adjustment.
  • Change in route, waiting time, extra distance or additional travel requirement may lead to extra charges.
  • Delay due to traffic, weather, road conditions or unavoidable circumstances will be handled practically and fairly.
