1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all taxi bookings, airport taxi services, outstation taxi services, fare enquiries and travel support services provided by Ryzen Travels.

By contacting Ryzen Travels, using our website, placing a booking request through phone/WhatsApp, or using our taxi services, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

Important Note

Ryzen Travels provides taxi service support from Sri Ganganagar. Service availability, fare and vehicle allocation depend on route, timing, driver availability and operational feasibility.

2. Booking Terms

Taxi bookings are accepted through phone, WhatsApp, website enquiry or direct communication with Ryzen Travels.

  • Booking confirmation depends on vehicle availability, route, travel date and travel time.
  • Customers must provide correct name, phone number, route, date, time, passenger count and luggage details.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after Ryzen Travels confirms the booking through phone, WhatsApp or direct communication.
  • Ryzen Travels may refuse or cancel a booking if details are incomplete, incorrect or operationally unsuitable.

3. Fare & Payment Terms

Taxi fare depends on route, car type, distance, travel timing, waiting time, luggage requirement and any additional customer requirement.

  • Fare must be confirmed before booking completion.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra distance, route change, waiting time, tolls, parking, permit, night travel or other route-specific expenses.
  • Payment mode and advance payment, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Customer should clarify all fare-related doubts before confirming the booking.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for sharing accurate travel information, complying with law and cooperating for smooth taxi service delivery.

  • Customer must be available on the provided phone number before and during travel coordination.
  • Customer must provide correct pickup/reporting location, route and timing details.
  • Customer must carry valid travel documents, tickets, ID proof and other required documents wherever necessary.
  • Customer is responsible for personal belongings, luggage, valuables and documents during the journey.
  • Customer must follow safety rules and avoid any unlawful, unsafe, abusive, violent, intoxicated or disruptive behaviour during the journey.

5. Illegal & Prohibited Items

Carrying any illegal, prohibited, unsafe, dangerous or suspicious item in the taxi is strictly prohibited. The passenger is fully responsible for all items, bags, parcels, luggage and belongings carried by them.

  • Passengers must not carry illegal substances, narcotics, weapons, explosives, stolen goods, banned items, hazardous materials, unlawful cash/items, or any item prohibited under applicable law.
  • Ryzen Travels, its owners, associates, vehicle partners and drivers shall not be responsible for any illegal, prohibited, unsafe or suspicious item carried by any passenger.
  • Ryzen Travels has the full right to refuse, cancel or stop the booking immediately if any illegal, prohibited, unsafe or suspicious item or behaviour is found or suspected before or during the journey.
  • If such item or behaviour is found during the journey, Ryzen Travels and/or the driver may deboard the passenger at a safe and lawful place, police station, check-post or any other appropriate public/legal location, depending on the situation.
  • No refund shall be provided if the booking is cancelled, stopped or terminated due to illegal items, prohibited items, unsafe behaviour, non-cooperation or violation of law by the passenger.
  • Such conduct may be reported to police, transport authorities or other lawful authorities and may lead to legal action against the passenger.

Strict Warning

Any illegal item or unlawful activity by the passenger is the sole responsibility of the passenger. Ryzen Travels will not protect, support or take responsibility for any unlawful act committed by the passenger.

6. Service Availability

Taxi service is provided subject to vehicle availability, driver availability, route feasibility and operational conditions.

  • Ryzen Travels may provide suitable car options based on availability and travel requirement.
  • Specific vehicle model may depend on availability unless separately confirmed.
  • Service may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, driver availability, government restrictions or unavoidable circumstances.
  • Ryzen Travels may arrange an alternative suitable vehicle if the originally planned vehicle becomes unavailable.

7. Delay, Waiting Time & Route Changes

Travel time may vary due to road, traffic, weather and other external conditions beyond direct control.

  • Customer should keep sufficient buffer time for airport reporting and long-distance travel.
  • Ryzen Travels is not responsible for missed flights, trains, buses, appointments or events due to traffic, delay, road blockage or unavoidable circumstances.
  • Extra waiting time, route change, additional stop or extra distance may attract additional charges.
  • Any change in route or timing should be communicated as early as possible and is subject to availability.

8. Cancellation & Refund Terms

Cancellation and refund will be handled as per Ryzen Travels Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation must be communicated by phone or WhatsApp as early as possible.
  • Cancellation charges may apply if vehicle/driver has already been assigned or dispatched.
  • Refund eligibility depends on booking status, payment status, cancellation timing and service preparation.
  • No-show, incorrect details, prohibited item violation, illegal activity, unsafe behaviour or last-minute refusal may not be eligible for refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ryzen Travels aims to provide taxi service support, but road travel involves inherent risks and certain situations may be beyond our control.

  • Ryzen Travels will not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, strikes, accidents or force majeure situations.
  • Ryzen Travels is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, luggage, valuables, documents, electronic items, cash or any other items carried by the customer.
  • Customer should verify travel timing, airport reporting requirement, health condition, insurance coverage and route suitability before journey.
  • Subject to applicable law, liability, if any, shall be limited to the service amount paid for the specific booking and shall not include indirect, consequential, personal, medical, baggage, emotional, financial or uninsured losses.

10. Accident, Injury, Death, Baggage Loss & Insurance

The customer clearly understands and agrees that travel by road involves inherent risk, including accident, injury, physical harm, disability, death, medical emergency, delay, inconvenience, loss of baggage, theft, loss of belongings, damage to personal items or any other direct or indirect loss.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ryzen Travels, its owners, associates, representatives, vehicle partners and drivers shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, injury, physical damage, disability, death, medical expense, mental distress, financial loss, missed travel connection, loss of baggage, loss of belongings, theft, damage to personal items or any other kind of loss suffered by the passenger during or in connection with the journey.
  • The passenger is fully responsible for their own personal safety, health condition, travel fitness, belongings, valuables, documents, electronic items, cash, luggage and any other personal property carried during the journey.
  • Ryzen Travels does not provide any kind of travel insurance, personal accident insurance, medical insurance, baggage insurance, life insurance or compensation cover to passengers.
  • If the customer wants protection against accident, injury, death, medical expenses, travel disruption, baggage loss, theft, damage or loss of personal belongings, the customer must obtain suitable insurance directly from a recognised insurance provider before the journey.
  • If the customer travels without insurance, the customer does so at their own risk and Ryzen Travels, its associates, vehicle partners and drivers shall not be responsible for the absence of insurance coverage or for any uninsured loss.
  • Customers are strongly advised to check their own travel insurance, personal accident insurance, medical coverage, baggage coverage, health condition, travel documents and emergency preparedness before starting the journey.

Strong Insurance Advisory

Ryzen Travels does not provide insurance and does not accept responsibility for uninsured losses. Passengers should arrange suitable travel, personal accident, medical and baggage insurance directly from an insurance provider before travelling.
